I do not currently accept insurance, but am happy to provide a super bill (essentially a receipt) for each session for you to submit to insurance for out-of-network (OON) reimbursement should you have OON benefits.

My rates are as follows:

Diagnostic evaluations are $170.

Hour-long individual sessions are $150.

An optional resource I offer to clients is Thrizer. This service offers to submit super bills on your behalf; as well as pay me forward, so that you do not do without until insurance reimburses.
